  • Accuracy of Information: The details provided in the job or advertisement must be accurate, honest, and free from misleading or false information.
  • Prohibited Content: Any content that is discriminatory, offensive, or violates legal and ethical standards is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy for Packages

This policy applies only to buyers, such as companies or individuals purchasing packages for posting jobs or advertisements. It does not apply to normal users or job seekers using the platform for free or for job search purposes.

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refund requests are accepted only if:
    • The purchased service or package was not activated due to a technical error on our platform.
    • A duplicate payment was made for the same service or package.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
    • If the package has already been used to post jobs or advertisements.
    • If the refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
    • Dissatisfaction arising from non-performance of job listings or advertisements, as KJS Naukri Barta does not guarantee results.

    • Valid documentation, such as payment receipts, must be provided.
