- Overall, in-charge of warehouse co-ordination for CWH and Regional Warehouse.
- Responsible for standardization and implementation of Ideal WH standards at all warehouses.
- Responsible for Kaizen and new initiatives at all the warehouses.
- Responsible for Packaging
- Responsible for KPI’s of all WH’s
Job Requirements
- Knowledgeable in WH Operations
- Knowledgeable in Govt rules and regulations of WH functioning incl GST & Legal Metrology.
- Able to control 3PL Service providers and transporters
- Knowledgeable in Export dispatches and documentation
- Should have good knowledge of Packaging.
- Should have knowledge of working in WMS/EWMS environment
- Should have understanding & knowledge of legal compliances.
- Should have exposure to working with transporters to arrive at the cost-efficient transport model with best transit time in the industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Achieve all KPI’s of Logistics and WH for all WH’s in the East
- Responsible for Customer and Dealer Satisfaction
- Responsible for completion of day-to-day dispatches and receipts
- Conduct monthly Process reviews with 3PL Partners and drive them towards excellence
- Maintain proper records and documentation for ISO / SOX/ Audit requirements
- Drive manpower to sharpen their skills and drive improvements thru them
- Drive new initiatives and kaizen activities.
- Make plan for cost optimization and efficient warehouse operation
- Drive new packaging initiatives.
