Read MoreWe are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive – HR to manage key HR functions and contribute to the smooth operation of HR processes across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee and manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
- Attendance and Leave Monitoring:
- Track attendance, leaves, and absenteeism of MLL staff and BA manpower to ensure compliance and productivity.
- Vendor Management:
- Support the Location HR (LHR) in finalizing monthly vendor bills and ensuring timely processing.
- Employee Engagement:
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and programs like Sanjeevani at the cluster level to boost morale and satisfaction.
- HR Digitalization:
- Lead the implementation of HR digitalization processes and enforce HR policies at the cluster level. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Record Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employees for compliance and reporting purposes.
- Recruitment and Project Implementation:
- Recruit for vacant positions (on-roll and off-roll) and support the implementation of new projects at various locations.
- Salary Inputs and Medical Policy:
- Assist in managing medical insurance policies and providing accurate salary inputs for payroll processing.
- Industrial Relations (IR) Management:
- Handle IR issues, liaise with unions and government authorities, and manage all site administration activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a multi-location or cluster environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR digital tools and systems.
- Ability to manage complex IR issues and liaise effectively with unions and authorities.
