Job Description:
- The role entails interaction with Dealers teams
- Training the Dealer Manpower on the initiative
- Monitoring the Scheduled Inspections/Parts Promotion activity as per the guidelines at dealer.
- Monitoring and analysing the visit done and outcome of activity after completing the cycle.
- Analyse the area of improvement in the activity and discuss with the stakeholders.
- Targeting the untouched customers through activity and understanding requirement and bring them to fold.
- Monitoring the performance of individual dealer and keep educating during reviews
- Monitoring Annual Service Contract ratio dealer wise and keep track on the same.
- Monitoring of Revenues out of each ASC and tracking dealer wise
Job Responsibilities:
- Regular monitoring of visits done/quotations/Conversions
- Maintaining daily tracker for the activity.
- Conducting regular refresher training and new trainings to dealer team.
- Updating the monthly report within the timeline.
- Conduct audits of the process
Required Skills:
- Good Communication Skills & Personality
- Technical knowledge of Automobile/CE machines
- Self-starter, ability to work unsupervised
- Must have perseverance and be persuasive.
- Computer knowledge more than basics
- Ability to work in team: engage with customers, dealer teams & branch team and with top management Hands on person with a will-do mindset
