Job Description
- Ensure smooth functioning of various Accounts & Finance Department roles wrt Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receiveable, Documentation, GST etc.
- Monitoring and Release of all types of payments wrt Payroll, Contractors, All Plant Stores, All location Electricity Customer F & F Sales Incentive.
- Monthly PL East Zone, Merged PL, PPT presentation.
- Preparation of Qty & Yearly Balance Sheet and get it audited.
- Preparation of 3CD data for Tax Audit and get it audited.
- Ensuring Fixed Assets Capitalisation/Discard and review of CWIP status and raised query wherever required.
- Checking of monthly Investment details and MIS.
- Review of Fixed Deposit & BG and their MIS.
- Review of Security Deposit Given and Taken on monthly basis and their confirmation on yearly basis.
- Prepare data for Actuarial Valuation Report and get the report from valuer.
- Coordinating with Sales Personnel and Customers as well as vendor if required for settlemts of various issues.
