We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Location Head – Business Human Resources to lead and oversee HR operations at a strategic level. This role is critical in driving people strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and ensuring the seamless execution of HR policies and programs at the location level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the business objectives of the location.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent.
- Act as a strategic partner to location leadership, providing insights and solutions to workforce-related challenges.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce.
- Oversee performance management, training, and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within HR, preferably as a Location Head or similar.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
