Job Description

The Manager will be working with internal and external stakeholders and prepare, monitor and control material / Fixed/ Capex Cost Budgets. He/she will also oversee all materials management processes & identify risk areas and address them with Internal controls. He/She will also work on the IT Systems in SCM area and improve them and automate further processes.

Job Responsibilities :

• Preparation of material Cost / Fixed Cost/ Capex budgets in Vendor management area.
• Review and monitor budgets and exercise/advise control
• Constant study of all SCM processes & Identify risks
• Plan & implement internal controls to overcome the risks
• Create/Refresh Policy Documents and coordinate for External Audits
• Study/Improve/Upgrade all IT Systems used in SCM area, in line with Tech advancements & business needs.
• Analyze & prepare periodic MIS on SCM performance Areas & also Material spend analysis.
• Prepare Key SCM Function Presentations for Strategy & Dept. Meets.
• Review robustness of the SCM Mater Data and exercise control on the same.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of Budgeting
• Material BOM cost budgeting & Spend Analysis
• Detailed knowledge on SAP Hana, MM module, SRM, Ariba & abreast with new IT systems & Tech advancements
• Knowledge of RPA & implementation of new Robotic process projects
• Good presentation making Skills
• Good Data Analytical ability
