Job Summary:
Wipro is looking for freshers to join as Process Associates (Non-Voice). The role requires excellent communication and analytical skills, along with a good typing speed.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handle customer queries via email and chat support
✅ Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
✅ Maintain customer records and update internal knowledge bases
✅ Adhere to process-level SLAs and compliance standards
✅ Identify trends in customer issues and escalate complex cases
✅ Participate in training programs for skill enhancement
Requirements:
📌 Education: High School / GED (Graduates from any discipline can apply, except B.Sc IT, MBA, BE)
⌨️ Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM with 90% accuracy
🗣️ Skills: Strong written communication & analytical skills
⏳ Shift: 24/7 rotational shifts (must be comfortable working in night shifts)
