Key Responsibilities:
🔍 Starting Business in a New Village
✔ Conduct village feasibility studies
✔ Assist BM in village surveys
📢 Sourcing of Business
✔ Identify and visit female customers to generate leads
✔ Explain loan terms and conditions
✔ Process eligibility applications and verify KYC
💰 Loan Disbursement & EMI Collection
✔ Assist in loan disbursement & documentation
✔ Collect EMIs and deposit on the same day
✔ Update collection entries in the online portal
Job Requirements:
👥 Gender: Male & Female
🎓 Education: HS (12th) / Graduation
🚀 Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome
🛵 Two-Wheeler & DL: Mandatory
📍 Posting: 40-50 km away from home location
✈ Willingness to Travel: 75%
