Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer specializing in Admixtures to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves driving sales growth, maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical support related to concrete admixtures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, including contractors, builders, and construction companies.
- Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for product delivery and post-sales support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales of construction chemicals/admixtures.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Technical knowledge of concrete admixtures and their applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage client relationships effectively.
