Key Responsibility Areas:

The role of an Associate Product Manager at FreeCharge (a 100% subsidiary of Axis Bank) DBAT team, your key responsibility areas include working in the product team of various categories such as Commercial Loan, Digital CASA acquisition, Investment products, SME, Equity, Trade Finance, KYC and many more financial products. In this role, you will need to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with key stakeholders will be critical to the success of your role. Additionally, as an Associate Product Manager, you will be required to make quick decisions and work in a dynamic environment.

This role demands strong technical knowledge, including proficiency in tools such as JIRA, APIs, Integrations, and Postman. In order to effectively carry out your responsibilities as an Associate Product Manager, you will need to have a solid understanding of these technical tools and be able to utilize them in your daily work. Furthermore, as an Associate Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements from the business team in the form of Business Requirement Documents. You will also be responsible for creating user stories and translating them into detailed Product Requirement Documents.

Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the agile processes, as a team product owner
• Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed
• Work passionately to ensure your team is focused on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs
• Driving the team and other stakeholders on the product goals by nurturing and guiding them

• Create user stories by collaborating with Business Owners, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Designers, DevOps, QA and Engineering. Identify clear acceptance criteria for each feature

• Writing complete and detail-oriented product requirements documents and ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, usability and development teams
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring timely and accurate exchange of information

• Working with agile development teams on large consumer products is something you are passionate about having experience of more than 4 years
