Job Description
- Sales and Marketing of Mini excavators and Backhoe Loaders
- Developing and motivating the dealer team for planning weekly/monthly sales targets
- Relationship building with customers on a regular basis as per the areas assigned
Job Responsibilities
- Planning and achieving sales targets as per planned strategy
- Ensuring proper connect between dealer team and customers
- Maintaining existing relationships with customers and continuous efforts to be made for developing new customers
Required Skills
- Experience of at least 3 to 8 years in sales of backhoe loaders or mini excavators
- Assigned a single or multiple dealership as per his potential experience
- Responsible for achieving Annual business plan signed with the dealerships
- Motivated and strategically lead the dealership team in the assigned territory by acquiring potential customers
